October has been another busy month for Knitty, and Catherine!

The 2nd saw a trip to the National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas as part of the Pastoral Care Thank you day.

Then on 5th October, Knitty accompained Harry, Ollie and Catherine to the East Midlands area Autumn Assembly, where Harry did a great job presenting about his role as CF Youth Ambassador.

The 15th October saw the Alumni Association gathering in Nottingham. Knitty was pleased to take part in the meeting, listening to the speaker, Rebecca Benfield from the Armed Forces Christian Union, and meeting members of the Alumni

The next day saw the graduaton ceremony for the 7 students who completed their FD in Practical Theology in 2024. Knitty offers his congratulations to all of them!

On Saturday 19th October, Knitty attended the South-West Midlands Autumn Gathering, which was all about mental health awareness. Yvonne and Catherine led sessions for those who attended and Harry spoke about his work as CF Youth Ambassador. The event took place at Stapleford Road, Bristol.

On Sunday 20th it was off to Lapford Congregational church in Devon so that Catherine could lead worship. We were welcomed warmly by the congregation there and it was lovely to see Cat, one of the level 4.2 students in her natural habitat.
