Sam Coleman & Clare Edwards

Sam and Clare work closely with the Staff team to ensure the smooth running of the office administration. Their work includes providing general administration in various areas of the organisation, reception and telephone duties, dealing with incoming e-mails and faxes, the production of letters, reports and minutes, managing bookings and support for CF/CFL events.

Sam and Clare are also responsible for the ordering of stationery, keeping database records up to date and Year Book preparation. They prepare and distribute CF/CFL mailings, publications and information, service various Councils, Committees, Executive & Board meetings, and oversee catering and room requirements for meetings. Arranging accommodation at a local hotel for visitors, website maintenance, handling petty cash and managing bookings for CF properties are also part of their duties.
