Pensions - Auto Enrolment
There is new Government legislation coming into force in respect of pensions which will apply to ALL employers.
Do you know your staging date? Are you ready for the new requirements? Penalties and fines will be levied by the Pension Regulator for non-compliance.
These new requirements which can be found on the Pensions Regulator pages which explains everything that you need to know. Please note that you will need to have a pension scheme in place which is compliant with auto enrolment requirements before you can process payroll periods from your staging date.
You are also required to login on to your pension regulator account and complete a "declaration of compliance".
