CTE Request for Help

18 March 2021

We've received the following request from Churches Together in England:

As many of you will be aware, we are in the middle of a project to refresh our Churches Together in England website – with a particular focus on telling stories of how churches and Christians are working together nationally, in their cities/counties and locally.

We would like to enlist your help to source some impactful images for the site. Images which represent the breadth and diversity of ecumenism in England.

We are seeking:

  • high resolution photos, ideally no smaller than 1920 x 1080 pixels
  • images which feature people and unity in action
  • images which illustrate the unique contribution which your church/organisation makes to our shared ecumenical journey

In terms of the practicalities:

  • please make sure you own the copyright to any photos you send to us and that CTE is given permission to use them. The act of sending them to us will imply you have granted us that permission.
  • we can, of course, credit your organisation and/or the photographer on our website. Please indicate whether this is necessary for any specific photos you send in. Unfortunately, we can’t pay you or the photographer for the images.
  • and if possible, please also tell us who is in the images and what’s the occasion.

Please do feel free to forward this email to someone else in your church/organisation if you think they would be better able to help.

If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Ball on sarah.ball@cte.org.uk. That is also the address to send images to.

We would ideally like to receive any images by Friday 30 April.
