God With Us

God With Us

God With Us is an anthology of bible studies, prayers, reflections, poems, hymns and song suggestions, activities for youth groups and other ways to include worship and prayer on the theme of refugees and migration.

This could be for churches that have a particular ministry to asylum seekers and refugees, and to any church wishing to mark Sanctuary Sunday, the Sunday closest to International Refugee Day.

On Thursday 28th January from 2.00-3.15pm there will be an online gathering to mark the launch of this new anthology. This session will explore the resource, some of the content and how it can be used. There will be an opportunity for participants to share stories and practice of theology and prayer from their own traditions, to encourage mutual learning and new insights in an ecumenical setting. Participants will also learn how to access the resource, which is available in print as well as online.

Please register your intention to attend beforehand.

The resource, God With Us, and more information can be accessed here.
