CWM Advent Reflections

CWM has produced some prayers and reflections for Advent this year. They include an opportunity for the traditional candle lighting as we turn our hearts and minds to the meaning of Christ's coming into our world.

They can be downloaded in full as a pdf and there is also a Powerpoint version. Included within it are some of the artwork produced from the CWM painters workshop, which prepared materials for our Assembly in Jeju this year. People should feel free to adapt as they wish and as their context demands.

We pray these Advent reflections will light our way to a Christmas of renewal as we proclaim Christ life amongst us as grounds for hope and healing and as we are sent on from the stable discover afresh a mission that begins at the margins of our world and announces love and transformation rooted in glory to God and peace on earth'.
