Nottingham Church welcome their new Minister, Rev Joy Langford

10 December 2015

Nottingham Congregational Church is pulling out all the stops to officially welcome their new Minister, Rev Joy Langford. Not only is the church preparing a lively induction for Joy this Saturday (complete with the student training band) they have been on the hunt to publicise the event far and wide! The church has been without a minister for some time and members are looking forward to celebrating Joy's arrival.

The church has secured a radio interview and newspaper report to help commemorate the occasion! Listen out on BBC Radio Nottingham for an interview with Joy, Paddy Morris (Church Secretary) and Roy Chambers (Church Treasurer). It will be played on the breakfast show (103.8fm) between 7 and 9am on Sunday morning.

Joy's induction service will take place 2.30pm this Saturday at the Congregational Federation Conference Centre, 6 Castle Gate. We wish Joy and all church members the very best as they start their new journey together.
