National Assembly Timetable
Friday 9th May 2pm–4pm, A Gathering for those interested in Mission
Cleaves Conference Centre, 6 Castle Gate, Nottingham. NG1 7AS
Rev Gabriel Simplicio from the Congregational Church in Brazil will share with us about Mission and we will explore some of our new resources including the Being Congregational course. This is a time of fellowship for all but especially those in ministries or church leadership role.
Friday 9th May 7pm–9pm, Fringe event: A walking tour of Nottingham
Starting from: Cleaves Conference Centre, 6 Castle Gate, Nottingham. NG1 7AS
Ezekial Bone specialises in educational entertainment and character-led heritage tours that capture the spirit of Nottingham, city and shire, past and present. This will start and finish at Castle Gate and refreshments will be served. The walk will be fully accessible for all and suitable for adults and children.
Saturday 10th May 10.30am-4pm – National Assembly
Nottingham Trent University City Campus, Newton Building, Goldsmith Street, Nottingham, NG1 4BU
- 9.30am–10.25am – Tea and Coffee and biscuits will be served.
- 10am – Open worship will start the day.
- 10.30am Formal proceedings will begin.
- 1pm–2pm - Lunch time with tea and coffee available.
- 4pm - Tea and Coffee will be served.
There is a full hour for lunch to chat and catch up with friends old and new. You can pre-order a packed lunch bag for £11 or bring your own lunch. All dietary needs will be catered for if you pre-order and state on the form enclosed. There will also be a range of information stands to browse around including a Christian bookshop this year.
Children’s work and Youth work - Please pre-register, if possible, for numbers and safeguarding.

Photography – Rydal Photography will take photos during the day but if you do not want to be included in any photography, please let the welcome desk know when you arrive.
Saturday evening 6-9.30pm, Social Evening
Hosted by St. Nic's, 79 Maid Marian Way, Nottingham, NG1 6AE
We invite you to a fun and social evening including a live Ceilidh band. Doors open at 6pm
Starting with a hot meal at 6.30pm, dancing at 8pm till 9.30pm.
