Examples of how Ministry and Mission Fund Grants have helped Churches

Grants have been made for many different projects over the years. Here are some recent examples:

In their application in 2019 the church told us that their building is undergoing complete renovation, and as the work nears completion the church are looking to reach out further into the community and develop the spiritual life of members and adherents.

A grant was awarded for £21,000 over a three year period.

Hay Mills - Ministry
Hay Mills was a Congregational Federation regeneration project that became an independent church at Assembly 2018. The church members then decided to call a part-time pastor and applied for an Impact Grant to fund the post. In their application they shared a detailed plan for the next three years, with the focus of all they were doing being around their vision 'Hay Mills CC is a welcoming, loving, caring and inclusive church family, serving in the heart of the community with Jesus at the centre'.

A grant was awarded for £21,000 over three years.

Crediton - Community Support Worker
