Continuing Ministerial Development

Ministry can be a lonely and challenging place. Often churches think ministers have all the answers and that one of their main roles is to pass all their knowledge on to their congregations.

Often we don't take time to continue to learn things for ourselves- things that help us in our role and things  that encourage us in our own walk with God.

Learning is a life long process and it is something we are keen to deliver for those in CF ministry.

Have your say!

Thank you to all of you who have completed our recent survey.

We want to deliver development sessions that help inspire your ministry and grow your service within your congregation and community; to offer opportunities to discover new skills and extend your learning.

We will soon be contacting you with the results and feedback from the survey, and with some new ideas and suggestions for ministerial development that will help us achieve this together.
