The Congregational & General Insurance plc has been providing insurance cover for Congregational Churches since 1891. Profits, after due provision for the requirements of the business, are used to assist the work of churches, by means of grants from the Charitable Trust.
In addition to meeting the needs of the insurance requirements of churches, the Company has facilities for private insurance, in particular a special policy for private residences and their contents. This policy gives particularly wide protection on terms comparable with those available elsewhere in the insurance market.
How would you capture ‘faith’ in a photograph? Congregational Insurance are looking for imaginative photographs which convey how faith binds people together.
'Faith through the Lens' competition has been launched to highlight how faith is a source of motivation and direction in community activity throughout the UK.
