The Big Church Weekend Away was held at Hothorpe Hall near Market Harborough in Leicestershire from
9-11 October 2009.
For some 60 people who gatehred it included worship, drama, circus skills, discussion and an opportunity to explore the surrounding area.
By the reaction of those who went it was much appreciated.......
Comfy/relaxed/able to chill. Fun with some depth if wanted – Have enjoyed it.
Really good, The worships were really nice. I really liked the ability to ‘chilax’ and think about things I wouldn’t normally think about. I really liked the free and easiness of the whole weekend.

A welcome opportunity to meet with people from other churches, and share experiences.
Really lovely atmosphere where you can relax and worship, learn more skills to take back to our churches. It suited everyone young, old, men, women!
Lovely grounds and gives teens and adults (space?) to have freedom.
